Base URL: https://api.mdh.dev/v1 (Bearer auth).
Core: publish events (POST /events), register endpoints (POST /endpoints),
HMAC-SHA256 signed deliveries (X-MDH-Signature), automatic retries up to 24h,
instant replay (POST /events/{id}/replay). SDKs: Node, Python, Go, Rust.
